Return Policy

Most of our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Please note that the initial shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs. Returned products must be in their original condition, with manuals, warranty cards, etc. and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. 

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the products.  Refunds are processed using the original method of payment (credit card refund or PayPal.) The time frame for receiving funds is dependent on your financial institution.

Please note that all Pots, Caps and Switches are tested before shipping. None of these items can be returned if they have been welded.​

- Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. No exceptions.

- Returns are subject to inspection, condition and function of the item.  Some returns may be refused and returned to the customer (at  - customer's expense) if the product is not returned in good condition.

- No returns are accepted on custom made products, special orders and clearance items. No exceptions.

- Returns of small electronic components such as pots, switches, diodes, transistors and resistors are generally not accepted,
- especially if the products have been tested or used in a circuit. (Please note that we test all electronic components before shipping)

To initiate a return, contact us with your request and order details.  If your order is eligible, you will receive a return authorization number and return instructions. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Wiring Harnesses - Warranty

Please note that no wiring harnesses are shipped without being tested. Please make sure you have the right harness for your guitar before installing it. We do not accept returns of harnesses that have been soldered. No exceptions.

Warranty - General

All products shipped by us are covered by a one-year warranty, except for products that have been modified by the customer.

If you receive parts that have a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace them free of charge.  If we are unable to replace the product, we will issue a store credit for the value of the purchase price.  All warranty claims will be carefully inspected to determine if a manufacturing defect is present.  If it is determined that there is no defect, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Note: Returns do not apply to special orders, except in the case of an error on our part.
