  • Sprague capacitors have been around for over 50 years and are especially known for their tight tolerances, reliability and excellent tone.

The 716P and 715P series have been the first choice of guitar technicians for decades.

The 716P Series is the high performance version of the popular 715P Series. This series is manufactured with polypropylene film and extended foil, pure copper wires, making them ideal for high pulse current applications. They are designed to operate at 85 degrees Celsius, with a tolerance of ± 5%. Polypropylene has a very low dissipation factor, low dielectric absorption and has excellent capacitance stability.

The difference between the 716P and 715P series are the wires, (copper for the 716P series) - (steel for the 715P series).

These are brand new caps and are guaranteed to test with in the listed tolerances.
